According to the statistical data of the Turkish Statistical Institute "TÜİK", Turkey's sales of homes in May of this year reached 84 thousand and 403 homes.

Istanbul was the best-selling state of houses throughout Turkey, with total sales of 15,895 houses, followed by Ankara with 8,000 and 240 houses, and Izmir with 5,190 houses.

The number of new homes sold for the first time in Istanbul in May this year was 6,873.
